Good Night - Good Books!
Good Night - Good Books! our popular pajama story time continues each month on the first MONDAY at 6:30 p.m. A community member is our guest in telling stories to the children who come ready for stories and snacks before bed!
FUN WITH LEGOS
KNITTERS AND NEEDLEWORKERS:
The Knitters and Needleworkers meet each week on SATURDAY mornings (10 - 2). in the community room. We have great conversations, and we share our skills. Additionally, we work on making hats to donate to local kids..
LIBRARY BOOK CLUB:
The Book Club meets on the third MONDAY of the month (10 - 12) from September thru May. We would love to have you joins us, and we are open to your suggestions for books to read. It is very satisfying to share a good book with others.
WRITING CLUB:
The Writing Club meets twice a month on SATURDAY mornings (10 - 12) at the back of the library. This group is led by our retired English teacher, Andrea St. George Jones, and is open to all levels of writers.
ADULT WALKERS:
The Adult Walkers Club meets every MONDAY (5 - 6), TUESDAY (1 - 2) & THURSDAY (1 - 2). This group is led by Kathy Nyborg and walks outside as long as weather permits.
TAI CHI:
TAI CHI meets every TUESDAY (11 - 12) and is supported by Healthy Acadia.
All programs are currently on hiatus until the Corona Virus is deemed under control. Walkers will continue to walk outside, weather permitting.
